Kensho has built one of the most talented engineering organizations on the planet. We've achieved this success by aggressively recruiting from top research institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Princeton and more. We have robust future hiring goals, and we are looking for a full time Campus Recruiting Lead to help build strong, long-lasting relationships with our target schools. More than just a recruiting role, this is an opportunity to join the company and build a program that will become a cornerstone of our continued growth. The right candidate must be able to think strategically about cultivating influential long term relationships, while simultaneously acting as the point person on all campus recruiting activities. We have a highly supportive team environment where everyone contributes to recruiting efforts. The Lead will partner with internal hiring managers to optimize team engagement with top research universities nationwide, building a program, then increasing its effectiveness at every turn. The Lead should be able to think beyond the scope of university recruiting, and help synthesize our company-wide recruiting plan. Kensho is a special company with a unique value proposition, and we are not looking to build a cookie-cutter program. The right candidate should have fresh, creative ideas on how to differentiate Kensho and to create brand affinity among tomorrow's top engineers. The Lead must also be able to think outside the box on ways to leverage existing alumni relationships to form and deepen our institutional partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a national campus recruiting program from the ground up
  • Develop and execute a short, medium and long term university recruiting strategy, including building a program budget and roadmap, intelligently investing company resources
  • Identify top university recruiting targets to hire the world's best engineers, data scientists and other technical / analytical talent
  • Drive internal engagement to ensure our nationwide recruiting strategy is well supported and achieves our hiring objectives
  • Ensure Kensho's presence is highly differentiated and compelling, standing out among other elite employers

What We Look For:

  • 5-10+ overall years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a top high-tech company environment
  • 2+ years as Talent Acquisition lead, manager or similar role
  • Expertise building and / or managing a strong campus recruiting program
  • Ability to travel nationwide in support of the program you / we build

How to Really Get Our Attention:

  • Experience building partnerships with elite research institutions in support of STEM hiring
  • History recruiting at the PhD level

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. kensho.com
