Total Rewards Analyst
The Total Rewards Analyst will deliver programs and services which help create an incredible experience for our nearly 1,000 global employees. Working closely with the global HR team, the Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for all compensation and benefits processes and analysis.

As the Total Rewards Analyst you will play a key role in contributing to the success of the organization by ensuring our employees are compensated and awarded equitably, as well as take part in strategic initiatives designed to improve our compensation and benefits structures ongoing.
As our Total Rewards Analyst, a typical day might include:
- Working with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to analyze compensation data and trends and provide support in evaluation of employee salaries, benchmarking and equitable pay to ensure alignment to overall compensation strategy
- Managing the annual compensation planning cycle, including bonus and merit programs
- Maintaining relationships with benefits vendors and escalating employee issues related to benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, commuter benefits, disability, life insurance and 401(k)
- Facilitating the open enrollment process in the United States by providing recommendations for benefits renewal, as well as developing the employee communications plan, and ensuring coordination with benefits vendors
- Providing support to International HR team regarding compensation and benefits inquiries in Europe, United Kingdom and Australia
- Completing benefits invoice reconciliation and partnering with finance to forecast future benefits expenses
- Working with the larger People Solutions team to support processes and projects across the employee lifecycle.

- You have 3+ years of HR experience, including experience in benefits and compensation roles
- You have a strong analytical mindset
- You have a proven ability to gauge the effectiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits programs and translate data into solutions to continually improve programs and practices
- You are a strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution-oriented
- You enjoy working closely with internal customers, including Payroll, Finance and IT
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in the total rewards function in a software or SaaS organization
- Experience with market pay platforms such as Comptryx or Payscale
