The strategy behind the game.
As the Technical Campus Recruiter, you’ll focus on our summer intern and entry-level Engineering recruitment strategy by building relationships with current college students, internal hiring teams, and universities. You will be responsible for planning campus events to attract diverse technical talent—managing candidates from application to onboarding.
What You'll Do:
- Act as an ambassador to potential candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging tech university talent
- Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs, on campus info sessions, tech talks, in office events, tech conferences, etc.
- Drive diversity recruiting initiatives when planning campus events and sourcing strategies while executing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Strategically develop and foster relationships with target schools including academic faculty, career services, development offices, and student organizations
- Organize documentation to help us analyze progress and results and make data-driven strategic recruiting decisions
- Partner thoughtfully with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates match team needs
What You'll Need:
- At least 1-2 years of recruiting and/or university experience in a fast-paced organization (preferably focused on technical recruiting)
- Deep knowledge of factors contributing to current landscape and motivators in the university space
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation capability
- Ability to travel during campus recruitment season
- Ability to speak comfortably to basic tech stack architecture, frontend, and backend engineering profiles
- Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills
- You are a risk taker who is willing to try new things in order to champion an amazing candidate experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
