Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst
Toast is continuously growing, and our Talent Acquisition Operations team supports and enhances the candidate journey by evolving our processes and systems as we scale. By enabling our global recruiting team with tools and efficient processes, we play a critical role in reaching our Toast-wide hiring and headcount goals.
As a TA Operations Analyst, you’ll partner cross-functionally to support our talent acquisition process, ensuring all steps are running smoothly . You’ll also be responsible for keeping our TA data accurate and up-to-date through regular auditing processes, directly impacting the experience of candidates, & hiring managers, and TA team members. The ideal candidate for this roll* will have strong organization and communication skills, curiosity and determination to investigate the root of an issue, unparalleled attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Support our global recruitment strategy for Toast’s business lines
- Own various internal audits of TA processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Support data governance processes.
- Provide guidance to recruiters and others who need assistance with the process to extend offers to candidates and collaborate on process improvements, as needed.
- Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a positive stakeholder experience.
- Collaborate on projects involving candidate information and Talent Acquisition processes, as needed.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in Talent Acquisition in a role involving data management and general understanding of the employee life cycle
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year Greenhouse and/or other ATS experience
- Outstanding sense of judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive People data
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Able to manage priorities and work independently to deliver work within deadlines
- Strong communicator, service-oriented and able to collaborate with a team
