As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in the company’s growth across North America by identifying top talent to add to the Flywire family! Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to recruit for a high-growth company and serve as one of Flywire’s most visible brand ambassadors.
As with any start-up, growing into a mature organization you will need to be able to work in an agile environment, as part of the global Talent Acquisition team that will accelerate Flywire across the world.

Key responsibilities:
Core
- Execute against the current hiring plan by identifying top talent that exemplifies our value-based culture; this role will span across multiple departments and levels
- Manage Flywire’s Applicant Tracking System; this includes setting the interview plan, scheduling interviews, monitoring interviewer feedback, initiating the offer process, etc.
Sourcing
- Partner with Hiring Managers to strategically source a diverse candidate pool using LinkedIn and other search methods
- Build a diverse talent pipeline in a competitive market
Relationship Building
- Drive candidates through the the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Educate and sell candidates on the value proposition of becoming a FlyMate
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- A passion for finding the best candidates for Flywire and creativity in their approach
- Strong intuition as to whether candidates should move forward in each stage of the interview process
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
- A friendly, positive attitude, as well as the ability to influence without authority
