Jobcase is looking to find a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team and play an essential role in helping to support our team’s operations. You’ll partner mainly with our Talent Acquisition team as well as our hiring managers to help assist with the day to day recruiting life cycle all while having a hyper focus on the candidate experience. 

What you'll be doing here:

• Provide the best candidate experience possible
• Assist with scheduling of interviews and phone screens
• Manage and update candidates in our ATS
• Track hiring metrics and help build out internal reports (key 2022 initiative) 
• Collaborate cross functionally to help build job descriptions, interview plans, and other company initiatives
• Participate in projects as a Subject Matter Expert on TA processes and systems

About you and your skills:

• A genuine interest in recruiting and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• 1+ years of experience within Recruiting, Operations, HR, or related positions
• Passionate about building companies and teams
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to create, implement and refine processes to streamline the recruiting process as a whole
