Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As Bullhorn’s Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of the Global Talent Acquisition team through the entire full-cycle recruitment process, including recruitment reporting, scheduling interviews on behalf of other members of the team, and tracking recruitment/hire numbers using the Bullhorn ATS and UltiPro.
Why this job is important:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key role on our Global in-house Talent Acquisition team. They serve as the air traffic control for candidates going through our interview process as well as keeping our internal teams productive and informed with detailed and strategic reporting. This role is central to ensuring our candidates have an excellent experience with Bullhorn and that our internal clients have another point of contact for all talent acquisition activities.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include:
Navigating a global internal interview team’s calendars and applicant availability to schedule a final panel interview
Creating reports that provide insight into key data points regarding our hiring process and goals
Recommending and driving processes and documentation that improve the candidate experience
Using your incredible attention to detail while working with an internal candidate and moving them through the interview process
Supporting the transition from candidate to a new employee through their onboarding process

You have experience working with and managing calendars, preferably with G-Suite applications

Exposure to Talent Acquisition concepts, recruiting, or use of Applicant Tracking Systems
