What You'll Do:
As the Director, People Operations, your main responsibilities will revolve around developing and executing an HRIS strategy and roadmap, while also scaling and implementing a best-in-class People Service Delivery model. You will leverage your expertise in Workday to align with Bonterra's business objectives, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, you will architect an end-to-end employee experience that ensures seamless journeys throughout their time with Bonterra, collaborating with HR to drive improvements and develop a Shared Service model focused on excellence and scalability. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our HR infrastructure, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an HRIS strategy and roadmap, leveraging your deep knowledge and proficiency in Workday.
- Collaborate with various HR departments, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Business Partners, to ensure alignment and integration of HR processes and systems.
- Design and implement the People Connect model, focusing on providing exceptional service delivery to our employees.
- Architect and craft an end-to-end employee experience that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with HR partnerships to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of HR operations.
- Develop and implement a Center of Expertise function that drives operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability.
Who You Are:
- Strong background in HRIS strategy development and execution, with expertise in Workday.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing best-in-class People Service Delivery models.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems integration.
- Experience in developing and implementing Shared Service models with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, change management and leadership skills to effectively work with HR partnerships and drive transformative initiatives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in developing and executing HRIS strategies, with a strong proficiency in Workday.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing People Service Delivery models and driving exceptional employee experiences.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, and the ability to integrate and align them effectively.
- Strong understanding of project and program management fundamentals (risk mitigation, tracking to timelines, project planning)
- Excellent documentation skills to include workflow diagrams, training guides and PowerPoint presentations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing Shared Service models, emphasizing excellence and continuous improvement.
