About the team you will be on…
The Talent team is a driven and passionate group, committed to the art and science of identifying prospects who convert to candidates who become hires. We are the bridge between Acquia’s internal network and the external job market, and put in the work to hire for cultural add, not cultural fit. You and this team are the engine that sustains and promotes Acquia’s growth and development.
As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
- Drive a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Build meaningful relationships with hiring managers across the globe to gain a deep understanding of the technical requirements and function of roles across all areas of the business, and how those roles fit into the organization.
- Strategize different ways to build the top of the funnel.
- Execute on tactical research, referral generation, sourcing campaigns, and innovative search techniques for active and passive candidates.
- Participate in employer branding activities.

- Make data driven recruitment decisions to ensure you hit KPIs around time to fill, time to hire, interview to offer ratio, and outbound outreach.
- Enjoy recruiting across all areas of the business, including software engineering, product, UX, marketing, finance, talent, and sales.

- Are achievement oriented, while remaining collaborative and respectful when challenging processes and assumptions.
What you’ll need to be successful…
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in an agency or corporate setting.
Extra credit if you…
- Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Greenhouse.
- Have experience at a SaaS or PaaS company.
