As our Manager of Technology and Product Recruiting, you’ll lead, grow and manage our Technology & Product Recruiting team and program. You will be equally focused on optimizing the partnership with your department stakeholders, leaders, and hiring managers within the Tech and Product orgs. This role is integral to scaling our core technical teams, which all play a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of the company and our products. 


You will work with your team and hiring managers to develop and reinforce the most effective hiring strategies in a challenging, ever-changing hiring market. You’ll be a great player and thoughtful coach and leader, all while helping your team maximize their efficiency and potential. Your days will have a fair mix of strategy and tactical execution, and no task is too small for you to tackle. You’ll ensure we effectively navigate each stage of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing and first interview through offer and hire.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage, grow, and scale our Technology & Product Recruiting Team and function
  • Lead the collaborative partnership between the Talent Team, Engineering, and Product departments to drive successful hiring efforts
  • Lead full-lifecycle recruiting across highest priority requisitions - ranging from management positions within our Technology and Product organizations up through senior leadership roles
  • Lead and foster Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring efforts
  • Drive Sourcing Strategy: from list building, messaging, automating, tracking, and ultimately engaging passive candidates
  • Closing and Hiring: extend and negotiate offers with candidates
  • Manage agency partnerships: vet, manage, and calibrate with agency partners
  • Collaborate with and mentor fellow team members
  • Develop our Employer Brand as a whole and our specific technology/product focused brand
  • Represent ezCater and the Talent team as a strong ambassador 

You Have:

  • 5+ years of technology recruiting/talent acquisition experience working in-house/some agency as well as 1+ years experience as a Lead Recruiter/Manager of a recruiting team
  • Incredible organization skills and a demonstrated ability to organize your day for efficiency
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Passion for the role that talent plays in the growth of a business
  • Confidence and composure to have direct conversations with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues
  • Intrinsic motivation to grow your career and own your success
  • An eagerness and willingness to give and receive feedback, because we all love learning from each other

Starting Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000; commensurate with breadth of role and candidate experience. Will be somewhat influenced by the location.
