Sense is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our company. At Sense you will have the chance to build relationships with some of the most talented people in the tech industry. You will have a direct impact in contributing to the amazing growth of Sense, affecting the culture and business tremendously with the intelligent, driven and empathetic people you bring into the company! You'll own the recruiting process from sourcing and recruiting to managing vendors. You’ll hit targets and draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. You’ll gain skills and achieve in ways you hadn’t thought possible all while having fun!

What You’ll Do

  • Own the process: From collaborating on job descriptions and salary ranges, to sourcing candidates to creating a pipeline to closing offers, you will be responsible for finding and hiring people who will help take Sense to the next level!
  • Lead improvement: As a growing company we’re ready to take our processes to the next level and we want you to lead the way in talent acquisition.
  • Build connections: You will build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates, creating excellent candidate experiences and supporting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive diversity: You will lead the effort to diversify our team, building effective practices and relationships that will help us identify and hire candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
  • Manage vendors: You’ll find and manage the relationship with outside recruiters and career sites to make sure Sense has all the candidates needed to support our growth.
  • Manage data: You’ll regularly measure and share data and relevant metrics and find ways to improve what we measure and how we are performing.


  • Minimum 5 years in full cycle recruiting with a track record of sourcing and hiring excellent candidates, including technical candidates
  • Passionate about recruiting and the relationships you build
  • Enjoy providing an excellent candidate experience while also supporting the business
  • Skilled at building positive relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience sourcing and hiring diverse candidates
  • Proficient at balancing own recruiting activities with managing external recruiting agencies
  • Have a strong network and understanding of the professional tech community
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excited to be a key player for fast growth
