Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this position, you will drive the recruiting process from end to end, work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates for our organization, and above all else make sure that every candidate has a memorable experience engaging with Vestmark.
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, guiding them through the interview and selection process. You’ll be nimble and strategic, knowing when to pull the right resources at the right time. You will work with leadership to design and implement innovative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes to align with current and future workforce needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans to identify talent that is right for Vestmark
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Screen and present top candidates that are qualified and motivated
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, Finance etc.)
- Act as a savvy internal consultant, establish collaborative partnerships, and influence senior leaders
- Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
- Act as liaison with internal management teams, employment agencies, advertising agencies/avenues, universities and other recruiting related personnel and organizations
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Experience: At least 3+ years recruiting, with experience focused on high volume IT/Engineering roles; agency experience a plus as well
- Experience owning full recruiting lifecycle, finding talent that will be successful, grow their careers, and will add value to the organization
- Find talent using various sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, Glassdoor, Built In Boston, Boolean search strings, ZoomInfo and networking events
- Experience and passion for handling recruitment in a rapid growth, high tech/SaaS environment a plus
- Experience creating, opening, and closing requisitions in an ATS system (prefer Greenhouse)
- Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives
- Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
- Create weekly status reports for hiring managers
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
- Strong communication skills; able to respond and exchange ideas clearly and effectively through writing, speaking, and presentations; shares appropriate information to keep people informed
