Do you see yourself here? Read on.

Who you are

You are an empathetic and experienced talent acquisition partner with a track record of driving results and engagement. This is evidenced by a recent history of coaching junior team members while balancing a variety of senior-level stakeholders in a high-growth environment. You also have a firm point of view on sourcing and recruiting to bring diversity to candidate funnels, leveraging structure and process with a high degree of intentionality. This means you are highly principled and push others around you to be. Sometimes that means making hard decisions or respectfully challenging other points of view.

Not only do you hold yourself accountable to objectives with a strong bottom-line orientation, you also drive engagement by helping others achieve results, creating an inclusive environment where people are motivated to do their best work. To that end, you’re keenly aware of how to make each person on a team feel the meaning of their contributions. You are a planner that thrives on optimization knowing there’s always another iteration to be made to achieve better results, and if not, that’s OK for you. You pivot.

A progressive problem solver, you’re constantly thinking a step ahead about ways to attract top talent and increase diversity to meet current and future business needs. You also see a difference between partnering on talent acquisition and traditional recruiting methods, possess an ownership mentality, and are eager to speak to your philosophy for “who” and “how” you hire.

Ideally, you have 5+ years of “in-house” experience recruiting in a tech environment, including role intake, sourcing, closing, and knowing when & how to align with your business partners. You have consistently worked on a variety of roles across the non-tech departments, owning 8+ different reqs of varying levels, at any given time, and have also impacted broader strategies for a team or department beyond the activities that go into recruiting. You have also facilitated working sessions around sourcing, interview training and TA tool usage. You know how to get the most out of the systems that you’re working with.
