Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking to add an experienced Talent Operations Lead to the team. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with multiple business partners to influence and impact recruiting processes and programs through use of data. This individual will work closely with our leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategies for the global CG team.
What You’ll Do:
- Own Reporting and analytics for Talent Acquisition. We utilize Looker for dashboards, and Greenhouse for an ATS.
- Automate data collection and derive creative ways to give our leaders visibility into metrics and performance
- Create analytical solutions to better lead headcount plans, progress to hiring goals, and all operational metrics
- Build and streamline processes to improve the efficiency in which TA hires internal and external talent
- Partner effectively with external vendors and determine best integration into our existing systems or workflow
- Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify or create solutions
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate TA function
- Experience working with a modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with Excel and the ability to derive insights from the data we are tracking
- A strong interest in candidate experience, you have worked with candidates and know how to provide best in class service
- Proven track record of building from scratch and utilizing a data-driven approach
- Strong EQ and ability to partner with a variety of personalities and experience levels
