Recruiting Manager
Job Description:
As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to help attract and hire qualified employees. The recruitment manager will proactively identify and address hiring needs while evaluating and refining sourcing, selection, interview and recruitment procedures and processes.
Recruitment Manager responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry to executive-level positions. The Recruitment Manager will ensure Workhuman provides an excellent candidate experience, while meeting business goals, building a strong talent pipeline, filling vacancies and supporting future hiring needs.
This position will be based out of the Framingham, MA corporate office as of September.
Responsibilities include:
Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate and hire top talent.
Drive strategic headcount and forecasting efforts and planning.
Manage and develop recruitment team.
Provide strategic planning around all recruitment functions.
Evaluate and refine recruitment process and procedure while continually making improvements for efficiency and improved productivity.
Promote strong D&I recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
Oversee, improve and ensure outstanding candidate experience.
Grow and strengthen talent pipeline.
Support and improve employer brand by working closely with EB and Marketing teams.
Drive a culture of accountability through the development and implementation of reporting and key metrics. Use strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause and drive towards solutions.
Partner with HR, Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance, continuous improvement and strategy.
Build strong relationships with hiring and executive teams to ensure best practices.
Full cycle recruitment and responsibility for filling the most challenging, executive openings and any other roles as needed.
Partner with HR team to help build, strengthen and develop best practices and cohesion between recruiting function and HR.
Provide the executive team with weekly updated pipeline reports.
Maintain and enhance current and/or future Applicant Tracking System.
Maintain annual recruiting budget.
Requirements
6-8 years’ experience as a senior-level recruiter, with at least 3 years of management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s degree a plus.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Success managing, developing and leading a team.
Proven success in recruiting senior and executive level roles in the Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
Demonstrated and facilitated recruitment process improvements with a proven ROI for the company.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to have developed and led talent acquisition strategy.
Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems.
