Catalant is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator who will help and support the Talent Acquisition team screen and onboard the best and brightest talent. Our team obsesses over the candidate journey and are the front lines of ensuring each individual receives the most consistent and enriching experience. This role will coordinate communications with candidates and hiring managers, interview logistics, and support other recruiting operations initiatives. This role also offers development opportunities in other exciting People team functions like employer branding, internship/Co-op programs, DEI initiatives, and general HR administration.
Our ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills and a proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision. We are looking for a team member who is curious, forms a plan of attack each day, has a constant desire to learn, creatively solves problems, and is excited to be part of a dynamic People team.
What you'll be doing:
- Ability to form successful relationships with our internal business groups
- Establish strong relationships with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates
- Own the candidate experience with high degree customer focus
- Schedule and communicate interview details using Lever and G-Cal
- Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Support recruiting team with candidate sourcing and outreach activities
- Preserve data integrity within systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
- Assist with Recruiting Operations projects and initiatives
- Support aspects of the new hire process and onboarding
- Other People team duties such as employer branding and general administrative support.
What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years of Recruiting or HR-related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of administrative operations within staffing/HR
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change quickly
- Genuine interest in relationship building and ability to partner cross-functionally
- Highly proficient with G-Suite Experienced with ATS workflows; Lever preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A Positive and solution-oriented approach
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
