We’re looking for a creative, empathetic and super-organised Recruiting Coordinator to help drive forward Snyk’s growth, working closely with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates to create the best experience for everyone.

Snyk’s mission is to enable developers to use open source and stay secure.  We’re growing fast: we’ve recently raised a $22m Series B with some exciting investors; more than 200,000 developers use our product to stay secure; in the last year alone we’ve signed up some top brand customers including Google, ASOS and New Relic. We have big plans for 2019 and beyond, and to achieve these we’ll need to more than double the size of our team before the end of this year. This means a lot of hiring!

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll join our People Operations team and bridge the gap between our candidates and our hiring teams, providing a seamless, enjoyable and efficient experience to all with your effortless organisational prowess.

You’ll spend your time

  • being the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them up to date and excited throughout the process
  • scheduling interviews, whether by videocall or on-site, with multiple interviewers across a range of timezones
  • working with hiring managers to keep candidates moving swiftly through the process
  • Improving and automating processes to make us hire better
  • working with third parties (including employment advisors, recruiting agencies and job platform reps)
  • guiding new hires into the onboarding process, creating contracts, and providing a seamless handover to the Onboarding team

You should apply if:

  • you have at least 1-2 years experience in recruiting coordination, HR, PA/office support, or project management, ideally within a high growth startup environment
  • you’re highly organised and enjoy organising others too
  • you can effectively prioritise a large and varied to-do list
  • you know how to keep your stakeholders calm and in the loop
  • you enjoy making things work better, solving problems and making others’ lives easier
  • you’re comfortable in an external-facing role with a lot of written communication
  • you’ve had experience balancing diary coordination across multiple timezones and locations
  • you really enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life and value diversity

Where could this take you?

As we scale, you’ll have the chance to expand your role and learn new skills, getting involved in the new challenges our growing team will take up.  Special projects might involve employer branding projects alongside our Marketing team, taking Snyk to hiring events and conferences, redesigning our hiring processes, tracking and improving candidate experience, designing internship programs, and more.

A role as a Recruiting Coordinator could take you in many directions in the future, including other hiring specialisms (e.g. recruiting, sourcing); other People Operations specialisms such as Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Project Management; or even into the wider Snyk world and beyond.

About Snyk

We work in geographically distributed teams and have offices in London, Tel Aviv, Boston and Ottawa.  We use Slack & Zoom to keep in contact with one another, and you’ll travel around at least twice a year to spend time with colleagues who aren’t co-located with you.

Location

Snyk is very remote-friendly for almost all of our roles, and we also have office hubs in Boston, London, Tel Aviv, NYC, and Denver!
