The Recruiting Coordination Manager is part of the greater Recruiting Operations team. Recruiting Coordinators at Klaviyo are key to delivering an exceptional experience to every candidate. Their work helps us hire the best and brightest, and ensures Klaviyo continues to empower creators. From scheduling interviews to communicating with internal and external stakeholders, we want candidates to remember and appreciate the work they do to make their experience interviewing with Klaviyo a positive one. The Recruiting Coordination Manager also works on high impact projects such as developing team trainings, managing recruiting tools, and iterating on processes as we grow the company. This position will report directly to the Director, Recruiting Operations.
How you will make a difference:
The Recruiting Coordination Manager will lead a team of remarkable Recruiting Coordinators and partner across Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with every Recruiting Coordinator touchpoint.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to identify and solve current gaps in the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner across People Operations to build connections across compensation, legal, HRBPs and more to collaborate and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Build and scale our growing team of Recruiting Coordinators
- Ensure seamless, exceptional Recruiting Coordinator support through every aspect of the candidate journey
- Define what success looks like and hold team to those standards
- Routinely provide feedback, look for coaching opportunities
- Recruit, hire, onboard and train new team members, ensure swift and seamless ramp up
- Ensure the Recruiting Coordinator function is properly staffed and are able to quickly shift resources to meet the ever-growing demands of the business
- Project management - own projects and build solutions associated with the continued optimization of team tools and processes
Who you are:
- Previous management experience required
- Previous experience with recruiting coordination preferred
