What role does the Recruiter play?
We believe recruiting is a team sport, and as such, we have designed this role to fit in our overall team structure. As a Recruiter at Percy, you will NOT be responsible for business development or candidate sourcing, which means no cold calling and no cold emailing.
Percy’s Recruiters work to build relationships with candidates and support their overall hiring journey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide candidates toward well-matched roles and coach them through the interview process.

A typical growth path involves first mastering the core recruiting skills and then developing team leadership and account management skills through gradual exposure and coaching. With time and development, you will have the opportunity to grow into the Account Manager / Lead Recruiter role if you so choose.
The smaller nature of our team also provides ample opportunity to contribute more broadly. If you are curious about marketing, people operations, or other functions outside of recruiting, this position will provide you the opportunity to “dip your toe” into those functional areas through small projects and structured support. As such, the Recruiter position can serve as an on-ramp to other career paths at Percy.
