What you’ll be doing on the team:
In one month you'll
Get a feel for the culture and understand the type of employees we hire.
Build relationships with employees and stakeholders at Drift.
Meet with all Stakeholders to understand requirements for each role you're hiring.
Start to kick off sourcing and build a pipeline for all job reqs (personal emails, LinkedIn messages and other tools you want to explore).
Start navigating your way around Greenhouse and all systems used here.
Work with your stakeholders and recruiting team to define your Drift pitch for candidate’s conversations.
Prepare interview teams and hiring managers for interviews following the Drift process (team preparation, execution of onsite interview and following up conversations)
By month 3 you'll
Establish a trusting relationship with your hiring managers and stakeholders.
Executive an iterate an established process that creates a great candidate experience
Track and report on key recruiting metrics.
Partner with the recruiting team to collaborate in different initiatives such as campus recruiting and D&I efforts.
Have a refined pitch for different roles
Have a strong pipeline for future openings and successful hires.
Being able to understand and navigate the Drift ecosystem which includes knowing the product, our customers, our culture and principles.
Start to feel comfortable giving advice to hiring managers & Stakeholders
By month 6 you'll
Create, implement, and continuously improve recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
Serve as a Drift advocate both internally and externally.
Scale and execute an end-to-end recruitment process to varied positions, using all necessary tools and strategies.
Consistently achieve your hiring number and begin to improve on your conversion ratio (Candidate interviewed to offer)
Understand how recruitment ties into the business and influences its success by hiring candidates into roles in which they will be most effective and have the greatest impact.
Master your individual recruiting metrics and continue to meet your goals
