PlacePass is looking for an extremely motivated individual with prior startup recruiting experience to creatively find, attract, and hire top talent. This role will be the first dedicated recruiting hire for our well-funded and fast-growing travel startup in Boston.

In addition to the placepass.com consumer brand, our white label platform powers co-branded websites for Fortune 500 partners across hotel, air, and car sectors.
In this role you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruiting process aligns with expectations
- Creatively establish a differentiated approach to sourcing, connecting, and engaging with passive candidates in the market through unique tools, sites, and events
- Ensure a top notch candidate experience with PlacePass by communicating effectively, timely, and creatively with candidates during all stages of the interview process
- Help build the PlacePass brand by attending (and proposing new) meet-ups and events
- And all the usual stuff: review resumes, manage applicants through our ATS (Lever), conduct pre-screening calls, close candidates, know our product, and be an awesome team player
A perfect candidate:
- Has prior startup recruiting experience and loves working in a super collaborative, high-tech, and fast-paced environment
- Has a proven track record in owning the full-cycle recruiting process and hiring both technical and non-technical talent
- Communicates, if not over-communicates, effectively and effortlessly with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Is passionate and curious about the travel industry, and of course PlacePass!
