People & Talent Coordinator

We are looking to hire a problem-solving People & Talent Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Head of People, this role will work in partnership with the People Team, hiring managers, and all of our other teams. Our ideal candidate will be interested in creating and delivering programs and processes that enhance the experience for our candidates and employees.

What You will Do:
- Responsible for partnering with our People team to deliver an amazing candidate and new hire experience at Hi Marley
- Responsible for interview scheduling and coordination for interviews
- Interacting with candidates on pre-employment matters and assisting with on-boarding activities for new hires
- Consulting with hiring managers and recruiters on all pre-employment and on-boarding initiatives including a new hire checklist and offer support to ensure a successful immersion to Hi Marley
- Frequent collaboration with the People team, hiring managers and candidates to improve processes and implement best practices in support of our candidate and employee experience
- Maintenance of applicant tracking & basic, regular system reporting
- Processing, reviewing, and evaluating candidate background checks and first day paperwork
- Helping enhance Hi Marley’s employment brand through social media programs such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Additional administration support as needed as the organization evolves
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources administration, talent acquisition support, interview coordination or related role
- Experience with Sharepoint, Excel, PPT and at least one ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Customer service focus, exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a high volume, high growth, fast paced organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Analytical aptitude, ability to problem solve and troubleshoot independently
- Ability to triage issues and improve processes
- Positive, can-do attitude and the desire to learn and grow while working with a dynamic team of passionate People professionals
