Manager, Talent Experience
Our Opportunity:
Chewy has an exciting opportunity to join our pack as a Manager, Talent Experience at our Boston, MA location. In this role, you will oversee the day to day operations of our Corporate and Technology Recruiting Coordination team. At Chewy, our Recruiting Coordinators are on the front lines of delivering a positive candidate experience to match the best-in-class customer service we're known for. In this leadership role, you will own and set our candidate experience strategy, and make sure the team delivers a great experience that leaves every candidate feeling positive about Chewy, whether as a future employee or potential customer. You will be responsible for the growth and development of a team of 8-10 Recruiting coordinators, while driving efficiency within the interview scheduling process to ensure a paw-some candidate experience. You will act as the first point of escalation for candidates and hiring teams. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage the recruiting coordination team for Corporate and Technology recruiting
- Lead hiring efforts for recruiting coordinator/team vacancies
- Support growth and development on the team through recurring manager check ins and performance reviews
- Own and oversee all data collection and analysis on Candidate Experience and Hiring Manager Experience
- Act as the point of escalation for all recruiting coordination related issues and concerns
- Define ways to drive efficiency within the interview coordination processes
- Own offer letter and email template updates within our ATS to ensure compliance
- Educate and lead change management efforts for larger Talent Acquisition audience on system and process changes related to all candidate experience touchpoints
- Work closely with legal team to ensure compliance within recruiting processes (offer clause updates, application questions, etc.)
- Oversee requisition creation process within Workday
- Partner with recruiting leaders to create a streamlined interview process for interviewers and provide recurring coordination status updates
- Manage recruiting coordination data and reporting within ServiceNow
What You'll Need:
- 5-8 years of professional experience
- At least 2+ years of direct managerial experience (non-exempt workforce managerial experience preferred)
- Proven experience working with executive level stakeholders
- Strong analytics abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customers first obsession
- Process oriented—ability to create processes for new as well as existing issues
- Attention to detail
- Position may require travel
