Manager, Learning and Development
As Bullhorn’s Learning and Development Manager, you'll be managing the end-to-end learning and development process including leadership training, new employee orientation, and ongoing continuing education needs of the global Bullhorn team. You will work with business leaders to identify training needs and trends within the business. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training, training delivery method, tools and other variables to continue to help Bullhorn employees advance their skills and knowledge. This role will work for our Chief People Officer and be a member of the Global Human Resources Leadership Team.

As the Learning and Development Manager, a typical day might include:
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs across the globe
Conducting in person and virtual leadership and management learning solutions with Bullhorn employees to enhance their abilities to be successful leaders within Bullhorn
Meeting with organizational leaders to build relationships and gain an understanding of learning objectives
Developing, executing, and maintaining great training curriculum
Assessing the success of programs, and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities
Implementing the 70/20/10 (experience/exposure/education) model and approach to learning
This job might be for you if:
You have 10+ years in a dedicated Learning and Development role
You have a passion for training, and stay up-to-date with current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
You have a track record (portfolio) of developing great training materials
You have experience evaluating the effectiveness of trainings to determine the ROI
Bonus points for:

Experience delivering training globally
Experience working with an eLearning platform
