Manager, Global Recruiting Operations
As the Manager, Global Recruiting Operations at Klaviyo, you will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure the foundational infrastructure of process, tools, systems, and frameworks make our Recruiting team are predictable, efficient, and scalable. You’ll collaborate on programs that elevate and continually improve the experience and capabilities of internal and external stakeholders in the hiring process - candidates, recruiters, employees, and managers. Obsessing over data hygiene and reporting and drawing insights from that reporting is something that you are passionate about.
How you’ll make a difference:
- Develop and lead Klaviyo’s global recruiting data and analytics team
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible
- Manage the ongoing operational delivery of recruiting operations projects
- Lead cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and partners
- Leverage data to define KPIs/success metrics and inform strategic decisions
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, or recruiting/HR operations
- 3-4 years of experience leading, managing, and developing teams
- Experience regularly interfacing and communicating executive leaders up to the C-suite
- Expert knowledge of analytical tools and visualization such as Looker, Python, R, SQL, and/or Tableau
- Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- A demonstrated ability to navigate in complexity and build new processes
