Who You Are
As the Learning and Development Manager, you are responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. You will assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable L&D solutions for employees. You will actively seek out, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize performance in alignment with Hometap’s goals, mission, vision, and values.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting training and development needs assessments annually
- Developing L&D programs and objectives aligned to departmental and company goals, and Hometap’s mission, vision, and values
- Training and coaching managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
- Planning and organizing L&D events
- Developing and maintaining organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
- Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
