Who you are

You are a highly skilled relationship builder and have a knack for understanding the unique needs of different audiences. You are an excellent listener, and are able to draw out more from others through your ability to relate openly with diverse groups of people across levels and functions. People would describe you as highly organized with a keen attention to detail, continuously looking for opportunities to improve and optimize processes. You are an autonomous and proactive individual, able to identify high impact opportunities and plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Highly adaptable and nimble, you thrive in fast-paced environments where things change quickly. 

You have a proven track record of success and 7+ years of experience within People Operations/HR, academia, or operations, ideally with coaching or facilitation experience. We would be extra impressed if you have onboarding, instructional design, and/or program design experience. 

What the role is

In this Learning & Development Manager role, you will be an integral part of the People Operations team, responsible for planning and facilitating Drizly’s internal training initiatives. You will support Drizly’s Director of Organizational Development in streamlining and optimizing Drizly’s development opportunities for a hybrid work environment, aligning to our mission of creating an inclusive environment where a diverse group of people can and want to do their best work.

• Facilitate internal training programs, ensuring feedback is consistently favorable and participation goals are met

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $80,000 per year - $94,100 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
