What you’ll be doing on the team
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial kickoff meetings with stakeholders to sourcing, screening, pre and post interview meetings, closing, and facilitating offers for the Company Success (People, IT, Finance, Legal) and Marketing teams
- Be passionate about candidate experience and find new ways to improve the process so that we are recognized as best in class for providing a great experience
- Partner closely and build strong relationships with business stakeholders, interviewing teams, and the people team
- Push for high standards in the Recruiting process; create, implement, and drive for best in class recruiting practices and constantly strive for frictionless processes
- Serve as a cultural ambassador of Drift by championing our Drift Leadership Principles
- Manage a variety of different job searches and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Proactively source passive candidates through target outbound recruiting, referrals, networking, CRM Greenhouse searches, and innovative research tactics; identify new methods of recruiting a diverse pool of candidates
- Demonstrate ability to attract, influence, negotiate, and close hard to find passive talent through your expertise in Recruiting and passion for the business
- Develop a deep understanding of the Drift product and craft compelling messaging to potential candidates
- Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to business stakeholders
- Partner closely with the People team including Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, People Analytics, People Operations, Learning & Development, HRBP, and Talent Employment Brand
- Partner with People Analytics and track individual quality and efficiency metrics such as number of hires, time to hire, pass through rates, diversity and female hires, acceptance rate, source of hires, quality of hire, top of the funnel and pipeline reporting
- Assess candidates through Predictive Index Testing; work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze which characteristics succeed in positions. Make recommendations to stakeholders for likelihood of success in a role based on characteristics of candidates.
- Represent Drift for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, career fairs, conferences, meetups, and leadership events. Assist with organizing Recruiting events that are held in the beautiful Drift offices.
About you and what type of skills you’ll need
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong preference for a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience
- Bachelors Degree required
- You enjoy working in a growing, changing environment that is constantly driving for better results
- You are curious and want to learn
- You are able to collaborate effectively with your team and stakeholders
- Experience with Greenhouse preferred but not required
