The Human Resources Business Partner, Sales & Services will have a unique opportunity to develop and manage the execution of programs that support and benefit our people. In this role, you will align business objectives with people strategies, programs, processes and tactics across the applicable functions and geographies. You will coach and partner with employees and managers at all levels, ensuring an exceptional experience through the entire employee lifecycle. You will be an integral part of a growing Human Resources team. We need someone with working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, rewards, learning & development, well being & compensation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coach and develop our managers to lead high-performing teams and grow our people
  • Lead and administer people programs across a wide range of areas from onboarding to performance feedback to learning and development
  • Support the buildout of our HR infrastructure
  • Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Assist leadership and management in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations
  • Partner with sales and services leaders to help forecast headcount needs and collaborate with recruiting to ensure we hire the right talent
  • Play a major role in the management of varied projects throughout the business, actively participating in project teams and implementing initiatives while simultaneously ensuring proper communication and collaboration throughout the planning and execution of programs
  • Manage the annual promotion process end to end
  • Support employees in their professional development by supporting managers with career coaching conversations and where necessary, having the direct 1.1 conversation with the employees
  • Administer employee feedback surveys through our HR systems HiBob

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of  HRBP experience focused on Enterprise Sales and Services in a Technology/SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, the successful candidate will possess an affinity for working in fast-paced startup environments
  • An understanding of business strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide your decision-making
  • Ability to work with senior leaders and all levels of an organization to solve problems
  • A self-starter mentality with a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-things-done mindset
  • Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving
  • Expertise in assessing management and executive talent
  • Ability to create and implement effective HR Policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of market level compensation & equity bands 
  • Knowledge or HRIS Systems: preferably HiBob
