Chewy is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager in Plantation, FL or Boston, MA. Chewy is on a mission to become the most trusted and convenient destination for pet parents (and partners) everywhere.

As the listening mechanism to and from the business and team members, you will drive cultural initiatives, talent management, and engagement to inspire our people to love where they work and to support business success. To be successful, you must be both strategic and hands-on, motivated by the challenge to build culture and approaches at scale, and dedicated to creating customer-centric HR solutions that ensure Chewy's long term success.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute overall HR strategies (short and long-term) for a specific client group to drive a high-performing, highly engaged culture. Work with leaders to collaboratively progress organizational health and key talent initiatives to help us achieve our business goals
- Lead day-to-day HR activities for a specific client group, such as performance management, team member relations, corporate policies/programs/ procedures, incident management, etc.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate and address people needs as well as act as a thought partner and coach
- Provide guidance and input on organizational design, role design, workforce planning, change management, and succession planning
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to create, continuously improve, and drive people programs and processes
- Review data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational objectives such as performance, retention, and team member experience
- Promote our company’s Operating Principles throughout the organization
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-rate-of-change environments
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field
- HR certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to influence and drive change with leaders across agile organizations, aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth
- Proven success in delivering high-impact people operations programs around performance management, culture, team member engagement, and retention
