About the Role:

The People team is looking for a Human Resource Program Manager with excellent project management skills who can think big, lead end to end process execution, and cultivate collaborative relationships across key stakeholders. Under the direction of the VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, & Culture you will lead and execute projects and programs that are focused on DEI&B, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with recommendations based on data that improve performance, retention and the employee experience.

You will be accountable for driving key initiatives that impact our culture. Your primary focus areas will include DEI, employee engagement, and talent management. As the company continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to touch more aspects of the people function, including employee experience, employee recognition, management capability / leadership development, as well as supporting facilitation of annual talent management processes. As a key member of the People team, you will have responsibility for special projects as needed across the People organization, depending on team priorities. This role will also include working closely with the People Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence with data.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a project manager for medium to large DEI&B projects or oversee portions of major or highly complex projects, events and programming under the general supervision of the VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging & Culture
  • Own end to end program development and execution for enterprise-wide programming
  • Coordinate Panorama’s employee resource groups (PRGs), affinity groups, and Inclusion Council
  • Provide thoughtful input and often develop DEI&B communications in partnership with communications targeted for employees and serve as an advisor on external communications with a DEI&B lens
  • Utilize data to inform DEI&B strategic direction, to progress monitor against organizational key DEI&B initiatives, and to suggest interventions where warranted
  • Other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a DEI function or Human Resources
  • 3+ years of program management experience working across multiple functions with numerous stakeholders
  • Experience leading projects across various business units and audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills with all levels of management; effective at developing strong credibility and working relationships 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change within an organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
