Rue Gilt Groupe’s (RGG) People team is growing and we’re looking to onboard an HR Administrator who is excited to wear multiple hats in support of a variety of tasks and projects across all functions of the HR/People team.  As the HR Administrator, you’ll be an impactful member of the People team with a high focus on administrative process improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Success in this role is defined by your ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines with high efficiency and accuracy as you support:

HR Systems

• You’ll monitor the HR Support email inbox and serve as tier one support for associate inquiries.
• You’ll manage the onboarding of new hires to include liaising between hiring managers, IT, and new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience within and outside of our onboarding systems.
• You’ll track and audit new hire information between our applicant tracking and HRIS systems as well as tie in any manual tracking processes. 
• You’ll manage offboarding steps for terminating associates within and outside of our HR systems. 

Talent Acquisition

• You’ll own the onboarding, extension, and termination of 1099 and agency contractors.
• You’ll own access management for users of our applicant tracking system.
• You’ll partner with Finance to reconcile monthly Talent Acquisition corporate credit card charges and other Talent Acquisition related expenses.
• You’ll serve as the back-up Recruiting Coordinator scheduling multi-round interviews. 

Special Projects

• You’ll support RGG philanthropy administration and coordination.
• You’ll support planned and spontaneous RGG associate engagement initiatives.

About You:

• You enjoy working independently to handle complex tasks, prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and time constraints, and seek out answers and/or resolutions when stuck.
• You have the confidence to take the initiative and exercise independent judgement and are comfortable managing sensitive information.
• You have incredible organizational and follow-up skills with a high attention for details.
• You have an innate ability to think fast on your feet and to react to and/or proactively anticipate issues before they arise, and not sweat the small stuff. 
• You use your strong technical prowess to navigate new technologies and are highly proficient in an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS tool as well as comfort with Google and Microsoft Office Suites; highly preferred if you have working knowledge of UKG and/or Greenhouse.
