The Head of People Operations is responsible for insuring our team at mabl is well positioned to achieve 100% of their potential. This leader will develop and execute an HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of mabl, specifically in the areas of recruiting, succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have rich experience across various different people operations disciplines, especially as it relates to being an excellent HR business partner to the organization and being grounded in metrics and reporting to ensure we’re measuring and improving our people operations strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively support mabl’s mission and strategic vision.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the senior management team regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting plans to meet the hiring goals across the business
- Develop and oversee new employee on-boarding program that provides for seamless and efficient assimilation into the organization.
- Build and lead a culture built around transparency and supportiveness
- Develop compensation and benefits packages which are competitive in the market
- Stay abreast of international and state regulations and accordingly insure mabl is in compliance
- Develop and support a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Fosters a company culture that supports growth, employee engagement and retention.
- Work closely with managers to ensure employees have regular performance reviews and ongoing career development discussions
- Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs and implement solutions to address skill and competency gaps.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience with HR metrics and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
- Education and Experience: A BS/BA degree required; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred. A minimum of 10 years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, with at least three years of leadership experience.
