Job Description
This remote job is available for candidates in or near Detroit, MI, San Mateo, CA, Denver, CO or Waltham, MA.
We are looking for a detailed planner, reporting guru, proactive storyteller and content creator to join us as an Employer Branding Specialist. This Employer Branding Specialist will get the opportunity to lead our corporate culture social account: @dynatracelife, continue our employer brand internally through retaining culture initiatives, retrieve applicable material and stories for recruitment campaigns and adopt recruitment reports. This person will work in hand daily with the Corporate Employer Branding Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, execute and manage a detailed 12-month content calendar for our global @dynatracelife social accounts
  • Responsible for ensuring growth in reach and engagement across all Partnerships and @dynatracelife channels
  • Create and fulfill internal culture initiatives with applicable office leaders
  • Help with Partnership relations, analytics and content calendar cross-checking
  • Work closely with the Dynatrace Marketing Team and their process to create requested material for social media, recruitment assets or internal office branding
  • Manage [email protected] email and various internal and external employer brand reporting projects
  • Assist Corporate Employer Branding Manager in regional projects: VideoMyJob requests, office newsletter content retrieval, OFCCP outreach, proactive story-finding, to name a few


Qualifications

  • Experience in content creation and outstanding editorial and storytelling skills in online and offline media
  • Enjoy analyzing data, trends and creating meaningful strategies to out-perform those results each quarter
  • Experience with an ATS and CRM (SmartRecruiters in particular) a huge plus!
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media calendars, growth, content best practices
  • Great passion for people, stories and communities
  • Willingness to work beside the Corporate Employer Branding Manager for experienced Employer Brand support and mentorship along with an Operations Manager for easy access to ATS data for further assistance and even more mentorship!
