As a Campus Recruiter at WHOOP, you will join one of the fastest growing companies in tech and help lead the expansion of our Co-op, Internship and fellowship hiring programs. This is the first role of its kind at WHOOP, and the chance to take full ownership of a vital pillar of our overall recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate believes the fundamentals of great recruiting are transferable to any role, level, or domain, but has a passion for University relations and building long-lasting partnerships. Working closely with the Talent team, you’ll help WHOOP scale quickly and effectively, continuously working to improve Campus recruiting processes as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with hiring managers and key stakeholders across a wide variety of departments and domains on their campus recruiting efforts
- Represent WHOOP at University recruiting/networking events (both virtual and eventually onsite)
- Own the candidate experience at WHOOP end to end. This includes someone’s first touch point (whether it be an initial call, or a conversation at a career fair) as well as scheduling/coordination throughout processes, and delivering offers
- Strive to develop robust and diverse candidate pipelines, evaluating where we post our roles, new Universities to partner with, and the campus recruiting tactics we leverage to achieve them
- Outside of University recruiting, take a handoff in ownership of programs such as our NFLPA Externship
- Prioritize the long term, overall success of WHOOP campus recruiting above any one process, situation, scenario, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2+ years of campus recruiting experience required
- A track record of positive recruiting experiences and outcomes for all parties involved (candidate, university partner, and internal team)
- A strong aptitude for finding creative employer branding/awareness strategies at Universities
- Solid recruiting foundations. Aptitude and a willingness to learn the nuances of the roles you’ll work on is required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exposure to high growth, fast paced environments is strongly preferred
