The OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and globally minded People Operations professional to join our team and help us scale a best-in-class employee experience at LG Ad Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience in global mobility and immigration processes (H-1B, L-1A, Green Card, etc), benefits administration, and HR systems like ADP Workforce Now.
ResponsibilitiesGlobal Mobility & Immigration
Manage the day-to-day operations of global mobility and immigration processes in partnership with the Sr. HR Generalist, who provides strategic oversight.
Own end-to-end immigration case management (e.g., H-1B, L-1A, Green Card), working closely with legal counsel and employees to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Track and manage visa timelines, renewals, and all associated compliance documentation.
Coordinate the full lifecycle of international moves, including visa/work permit processing, relocation logistics through UrbanBound, and adherence to local labor laws.
Benefits & Compliance
Manage day-to-day US benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee communication, in collaboration with the Sr. HR Generalist who provides strategic guidance.
Serve as the primary contact for benefits vendors including Sparrow (leave management), Spring Health (mental health), BrightFunds (donations), and Ease (benefits platform).
Support the implementation and operational rollout of global benefits programs, ensuring local compliance and consistent employee experience.
Maintain and update internal benefits documentation, policies, and employee-facing materials.
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and escalate complex issues to the Sr. HR Generalist as needed.
Projects & Process Improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and scale global HR processes.
Support ad hoc projects across HR (e.g., compensation reviews, performance cycles, audits, policy refreshes).
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure a seamless employee experience.
5+ years of HR/People Operations experience with a strong focus on immigration and global mobility.
Demonstrated desired working knowledge of managing immigration casework (e.g., H-1B, L-1A, PERM/Green Card in the U.S., and visa processes in the UK), acting as a key liaison between employees and legal counsel.
Hands-on experience managing employee benefits and supporting open enrollment processes.
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other HR tools
Excellent organization and documentation skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills and a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive matters.
Experience supporting HR operations across global markets is a strong plus.
