We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented and data-driven HR Operations Specialist to join our Global HR Team. In this role, you’ll own key HR processes across the employee lifecycle and help drive operational excellence in HR systems, compliance, and service delivery. Reporting to the Global HR Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, optimizing HRIS functionality, and continuously improving processes to support a growing global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle & HR Service Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end logistics of our core employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience ensuring consistency for employees and managers; lead orientation sessions for US employees to introduce company culture, policies, and benefits.
  • Respond to HR inquiries in our shared mailboxes with timely, accurate guidance about policies, benefits, processes, leaves of absences, and more.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, legal, and local HR teams to ensure seamless employee support.

HR Systems & Data Integrity

  • Manage day-to-day HR Systems operations (e.g., Workday, LMS) ensuring impeccable data accuracy across regions and proactively improving our processes.
  • Support Workday testing, enhancements, and configuration for key HR projects (e.g., performance reviews, merit cycle, etc.).
  • Generate and analyze reports for headcount, turnover, compliance, and other key metrics with high-detail orientation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer benefits for North America; manage enrollments, answer employee questions, vendor coordination, and invoice management.
  • Support our HRBP’s and local HR teams with global compensation initiatives throughout the year.

Compliance & Employment Practices

  • Drive adherence to local labor laws, internal policies, and data privacy standards and maintain comprehensive HR documentation of our policies and procedures.
  • Monitor evolving HR compliance trends and recommend process or policy improvements.
  • Support global HR policy development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key point of contact for employees across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Collaborate with HRBP’s and local HR on projects and initiatives during the year.
  • Work closely with global HR, finance, legal, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience (HR Operations, Coordinator, or similar role).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) and other HR tools.
  • Strong MS office Suite in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Clear communication with the ability to present confidently and concisely.
  • Highly self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and committed to data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Must be available and responsive during OneSpan core hours (8-5 local time)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
