The HR Operations Specialist will manage HR processes, support dispatchers, maintain documents, compile reports, and organize events.
FocusKPI is looking for an HR Operations Specialist (Korean & English fluency) to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 12 month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week)
Pay Range: $30/hr to $38/hr

Responsibilities:
- Operate the HR process for all dispatchers
- Provide support for the new dispatcher’s settlements
- Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents
- Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
- Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building events
- U.S. College degree required (BA is preferred)
- Fluency in English and Korean is required
- HR Experiences in the tech companies, 3+ years preferred
- Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, statistical skills in using Excel are preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
