Build strategic partnerships across People & Culture, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies

Advise, consult and coach leaders on talent development capabilities to achieve specific business outcomes

Design, create and facilitate inclusive employee developmental training and experiences to aid in employee growth

Manage project and program development and delivery for a seamless employee experience

Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation

Manage operations of employee experience, budget, planning and metrics to drive results
Who You Are

Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across the company, understand the business needs and deliver results

Create with audacity, using your technical experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development

Solid facilitation and coaching acumen, with strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus

Evaluate sometimes complex situations using multiple sources of information (internal and external sources)
