We're looking for an HR Generalist to provide structured HR support across business units in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The role involves close collaboration with team leads, managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, and leading recruitment efforts for our US-based hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions, policies, and processes
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for open positions in the US - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (preboarding, onboarding, employee records, offboarding/exits)
  • Support performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews, PIP documentation), ensuring processes run smoothly and on schedule
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation
  • Administer benefits, leave, and compliance-related processes, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
  • Support employee relations matters - addressing workplace concerns, escalating when needed, and maintaining documentation
  • Assist with organizational initiatives such as team restructuring, internal mobility, and engagement programs
  • Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports (headcount, turnover, HR metrics) for leadership
  • Optimize and streamline HR processes and workflows (HRIS, ATS, internal tools) to improve efficiency
  • Help foster company culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR operations role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally hiring for US-based positions
  • Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
  • English level: Advanced (C1) - required for daily cross-functional and international communication
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is a big plus
