We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our talented team in our Boston headquarters. 

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks, be highly organized, have excellent writing skills, demonstrate proficient computer skills, and have a professional and team-oriented demeanor. 

This position’s duties include:

  • This person is able to foster positive and professional relationships with all colleagues as this position interacts with employees to handle questions, requests or problems
  • Champions and facilitates the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high quality and up to date, and provides clarity and connection for new employees
  • Manages digital copies of employee records and maintains HRIS system with accrual data
  • Completes Forms I‑9, verifies I‑9 documentation and maintains I‑9 files
  • Establishes and maintains employee information database in ADP and/or Deltek
  • Provides HRIS support as needed
  • Assists with maintaining employee files
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Constantly communicating with others to exchange information


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business
  • 6-10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner

Salary range for 6-10 years of experience: $80,000 – 110,000.
