HR Business Partner – Bedford & Franklin
The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting the Bedford and Franklin sites within Entegris. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning the Human Resources strategy with Entegris' business goals and is critical in building organizational capabilities by attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex organizational structures and operating effectively in a multifaceted environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with multiple divisions to drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals. Additionally, the candidate must be adept at balancing competing priorities while executing tasks efficiently.
In this role you will:
- Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives
- Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to BU and/or line management
- Act as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions.
- Implement large scale initiatives (i.e., roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.).
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence partners to execute and implement large-scale HR initiatives (i.e., roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.)
- Participate in HR continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Utilize data to solve complex business issues and provide recommendations to senior leaders
- Communicate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner
- Coach management team on leadership and HR issues including application of HR policies and processes, restructuring, complex employee issues
- Conduct employee relations investigations and bring to resolution

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Experience working in a multi-location, global organization
- Ability to innovate and willing to challenge the status quo
- Proven experience leading and supporting large change management initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Proven analytical capabilities
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
- Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law
- Self-motivated and bias for action
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Proven capability working with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Willing to travel 15% as needed across business locations
