Job Description

We are looking for a new Senior HR Manager role to join the international HR Team. As a Senior HR Manager, you'll step into a role that plays a pivotal part in navigating our exciting phase of rapid growth in the US. We are seeking an agile and proactive Senior HR Manager to join our US HR teams, contributing to the shaping of our global organizational landscape. And also Be the focal point for all HR functions in the US.

  • Support and consult managers, including onboarding new managers and assisting those who are new to managerial roles.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, employee relations, culture, performance, talent activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on talent assessment, development, succession planning, organization effectiveness, and team dynamics.
  • Take charge of organizational design efforts during two companies' integration phases, collaborating with assigned leaders to ensure the effective execution and communication of changes. This includes aligning structures, roles, and processes to optimize the newly integrated organization. Also leading company cultural changes where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and address any legal issues that may arise.
  • Manage performance review cycles, support managers in conducting reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and departments, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the Rewards & Benefits function, contributing to the development and management of programs.
  • Develop and manage at least one annual company-wide initiative, such as performance management or employee engagement surveys.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support manager training initiatives.
  • Manage HR Operations Person: Provide leadership to the HR operations person, ensuring that all HR processes align with local regulations, are executed in a timely manner, and meet the organization's standards.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Senior HR experience, preferably in SaaS, high-growth companies, or startups.
  • Have a passion for people & organizational topics and can build on strong and lengthy HRBP or consultant experience working with top management and senior leaders.
  • Experience of leading HR team members people (being direct manager).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary Range: starting from 100 000 USD gross/year
