We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted business partner to our Government and Legal Affairs and Global Marketing & Communications functions. This role provides critical HR support and partnership to organizations that operate in high-visibility, high-impact areas of the business.

How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Business Partnership: Serve as a HR business partner to business leaders and their teams. Build strong relationships and provide credible, high-impact support across HR matters. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, with the ability to translate business needs into optimal people solutions
- Talent Management: Partner with leaders to drive talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Support organization design and change management initiatives in alignment with business goals, particularly during periods of transformation, growth, or restructuring.
- HR Programs & Processes: Lead or contribute to the execution of core HR programs (e.g., compensation planning, engagement surveys, talent reviews) across supported functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and timelines.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to people challenges.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a matrixed, global organization.
- Experience working globally and familiarity with cultures outside of the US and non-US labor practices.
- Change management experience, able to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment and to exhibit the necessary gravitas in senior staff meetings.
- Ability to build, maintain and influence relationships with leaders and HR leadership team members globally to broker services for clients and to participate positively and actively in the HR global network.
- Strong problem-solving skills in support of senior leaders in working through a path to the delivery of goals & initiatives as it relates to people.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust with senior stakeholders, including direct reports to the C-suite.
- Strong quantitative measurement, budgeting, and management reporting and analytical skills.
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
