Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support (email management, organization, filing)
- Handle invoicing and follow up on payments
- Perform accounting data entry and maintain financial records
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain and organize administrative and accounting documents
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
