M&A: Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes. Real Estate: Those in real estate tax at PwC will advise clients on tax implications related to real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. Your work will involve analysing partnership and corporate tax, REIT taxation, international tax considerations, and state and local tax regulations to help clients optimise their tax positions and navigate complex real estate structures. SALT: Those in local taxes at PwC will focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on local tax matters. Your work will involve analysing and interpreting local tax laws and regulations, assisting businesses in complying with local tax requirements and optimising their local tax positions.
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
