The House Supervisor RN leads nursing services and coordinates the inter-professional team during an assigned hospital shift. Responsibilities include promoting quality, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered care; managing changing patient volumes, acuity, and resources; supporting high-reliability practices; and ensuring effective patient flow. The role requires registered nurse licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
House Supervisor RN - Nursing Administration at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, variable shift opening (3, 12 hours; weekends and holidays).

The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
