Support process improvement, change management, operational improvement, and enterprise system lifecycle activities across Providence’s healthcare organization.

Manage and implement healthcare information systems, analyze user requirements, establish system procedures, and support moderately complex projects across a multi-facility healthcare organization. Coordinate project teams, provide guidance and training, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure projects remain on schedule. Epic accreditation or certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Provides remote 24/7 support for Providence clinicians using Epic and other clinical technologies. The Wednesday-Saturday schedule is 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. PDT, and candidates must live within two hours of a Providence location in an eligible footprint state.

Develops and maintains budgets for sponsored clinical trials, including cost analysis, payment milestones, billing instructions, coverage determinations, and patient cost information. Reviews protocols and study documents, updates budgets for amendments, monitors expenses and payments, supports billing audits, and collaborates with contracts, regulatory, finance, clinical, and research teams. Uses Excel and Velos to manage high-volume workflows across multiple research programs.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. The role drives Zero Trust modernization, identity automation, access governance, privileged access controls, threat monitoring, and automated response. Responsibilities include evaluating security technologies, mitigating identity risks, supporting compliance and audit readiness, and establishing security standards. The engineer collaborates with infrastructure, application, and security teams and participates in rotational on-call, weekend, and holiday support.

Develop Medicare Coverage Analyses for clinical trial protocols with billable services, using Medicare policies, medical guidelines, publications, and coverage determinations. Collaborate with clinical research, CTMS, budget, and billing adjudication teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies. The role requires interpreting Medicare research requirements and maintaining confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality.

Leads clinical informatics education and adoption for Epic, EHR, and other clinical technologies. Manages teams developing training, change communications, learning deliverables, publishing, and maintenance programs. Provides leadership, coaching, and direction across system implementations, sustainment, optimization, training environment management, credential trainer programs, resourcing, standards, platform management, and education evaluation. Partners across teams to promote safe, effective, and efficient technology use in clinical and business settings.

Designs, operates, administers, and optimizes large-scale Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. The role focuses on enterprise Hub-and-Spoke networking, including VNets, subnets, private endpoints, and ExpressRoute, along with monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. The engineer partners with developers, testers, and program managers to improve cloud services and may manage server images, configuration state, security controls, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow workflows.

Supports fundraising by managing prospect portfolios and pipelines, tracking moves management activity, conducting prospect research, and providing analysis and recommendations to philanthropy officers. Maintains accurate donor records and databases, develops reliable reporting, facilitates portfolio reviews, and identifies donor engagement opportunities using demographic, philanthropic, and engagement data.

Handles Employment Practice Liability claims from investigation through resolution, including coverage analysis, liability evaluation, negotiation, litigation management, reporting, and settlement. Collaborates with defense counsel, legal leadership, reinsurers, business partners, witnesses, and other stakeholders. Presents claim trends and significant exposures, attends proceedings when needed, ensures timely referrals and updates, and maintains compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
