Lead financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end review to support ministry/entity leadership. Develop analytical reports, recommend process improvements, support strategic planning, and supervise finance staff. Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders and participate on local leadership committees as assigned.

Lead and improve Patient Access Services and Pre-Service teams across states. Oversee process improvement, Epic enhancements, training, data analysis, team management, strategic planning, compliance (Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS), and revenue cycle functions including registration, scheduling, authorizations, denials, and billing. Standardize practices, optimize workflows, and implement IT solutions to drive operational excellence.

Provide senior-level paralegal support to in-house attorneys across practice areas, managing legal matters, performing substantive legal work, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, coordinating matter intake and document management, liaising with outside counsel and business partners, and supporting regulatory, litigation, and governance processes within a large healthcare system.
