In-House Recruiter

Location: Boston, MA (In-Office 3+ Days a Week)

About OnRamp

OnRamp is the leading customer onboarding platform for B2B SaaS, helping companies onboard customers faster, reduce churn, and scale without increasing headcount. Backed by $14.2M in funding and trusted by enterprise brands like CVS, McKesson, and CommerceIQ, we’re building the first AI-powered onboarding co-pilot. Learn more at onramp.us.

The Role

OnRamp is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a resourceful In-House Recruiter to help us scale our team. You’ll be the first dedicated recruiting hire, working directly with our founders and leaders to identify, engage, and close top talent across go-to-market, product, and engineering roles. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape OnRamp’s culture and hiring practices at a critical stage.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (sourcing → offer → close)

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and build effective job descriptions

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse and qualified talent

  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end with speed, professionalism, and empathy

  • Build recruiting processes, reporting, and systems to scale with the company

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring our values come through in every interaction

About You

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)

  • Strong sourcing skills, with demonstrated ability to fill tough roles in competitive markets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust quickly

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple searches at once

  • Excited by the challenge of building recruiting infrastructure from the ground up

  • Located in Boston - we are a remote team with a center of gravity in Boston. So while we hire anywhere, we look to hire in Boston first. Having a deep network here is essential.

What We Offer

  • Join a high-growth startup at a major inflection point

  • Work with a sharp, collaborative team in downtown Boston

  • Competitive comp (salary + equity), benefits, and unlimited PTO
